Caltex National Karting Challenge & My Belated Bday Celeb!

Has anyone sorta seen this picture at bus stops before?



That's right, i am part of team WANA.
HAHA why WANA u might say, that's the initials of our teammates.
Myself (WJ), Azmi, Nicholas and Ashley.
Typical team name right? I thought so too thanks ah ASHLEY haha.
Today i went for my briefing and a sorta trial run, all the way at JURONG.
And when we got there, we realised that we only have to be there at 1230pm when we got there at 9am!
Can you imagine, waking up at 630am all for nothing?
Well we had our fun playing bridge at the nearby Macs.

This trial run is to let us know the 'feel' and maybe warm up for the competition that's gonna be on 5th October.
So far we have no idea what the prizes are.
But what i told my team was that it's been a while since we sorta did something fun like this together.
And man it was one hell of a day man.
I was pretty nervous at the start, u know cos i'm pretty light and what if i go too fast and the whole kart turns over? HAHA.
And in fact, i think i ALMOST did but i sorta drift too.
There was this guy in front of me just don't wanna let me pass but well haha.
After that me and the team went down to bugis and 'train' our skills even more at the arcade lol.

The Yesterday (140907) was sorta my belated bday celebration.
First thing first, supposed to meet 6pm right people? HAHA.
Somehow i feel that though i don't know them really long, but i sorta know their lateness and all and i understand.
LOL i think if like other people late 2hrs i won't be that patient ah haha.
All in all Jeremy, Linette, Qing Ying and Karen were there.
Then when all finally came we went down to fish&co. at parkway.
As usual, the delicious new york fish & chips.
HOWEVER, the fish was kinda disappointing.
It's pretty hard, and there's no WAHHHH NICEEEE kinda feeling when u eat the fish.
And the rest agreed with me too.
I  think i need to give this group a name, if not i'll always say linette, karen, qy and jeremy etc.

So our plan was to eat dinner fast, then go play pool cos the next day a few of us have some stuff on.
That's why we gotta like catch the last bus.
Well we went to both pool places at parkway and there were all full of people.
We ended up at mac playing bridge, AGAIN. HAHA!
Trust me, this group here love bridge so much that when the pool ppl called me there's a free table, we decided not to play ready.
And somemore this game 4 ppl can play instead of just 2 ppl haha.
